My husband has been laid off for a while now, he is a great person. I hate seeing him going through feelings of desperation, depression at times, his faith in God pulls him out. He has 18 years in oil and gas experience. He has never been without a job until now. He was a Operations Manager with Weatherford Int then promoted to DM for Weatherford in Odessa, he quit to become a consultant, I hadn’t seen him that happy with his job in a while. Then the layoffs came.
Since he was one of the newest guys, they let him go. My husband is a very humble man, he was always helping out anyone he could, whether he knew them well or just met them. Every time I’d meet someone that worked with him they always said he was a great manager, he would go out to the field and rig up and down with his team.
This drove me crazy because I wanted him home but I knew that he did this to show his employees their hard work mattered. I am asking you to please put his profile out there and see if he has a better chance of getting hired through you page. I love him so much and I know he deserves to be working. I love you page and I know someone will see his potential.
Response from Oilfield Families of America:
Dear Mrs. Sanchez, your love and support of your husband is amazing. We too will show our support for him by featuring him as our Oilfield Hand of the Day. Hope it helps!
